How does the WhatsApp integration work?
Token Management and StoreFront are built on the official WhatsApp Business API. Your business gets a verified WhatsApp number, and all messages are sent and received through that channel. Setup takes 1–2 business days.
Can the products be customised for my business workflow?
Yes. While each product ships with a standard feature set, we offer customisation — additional fields, custom workflows, integrations with your existing tools, and bespoke reporting. This is discussed and scoped during the demo call.
Where is the data stored?
