Users and organizations retain ownership of the data they enter and are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Subscription & Payments

Where applicable, fees are billed according to the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Availability

While we strive for reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, and content belong to Contract360. Unauthorized copying, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

9. Termination

Contract360 is not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to user actions, or failures caused by third-party services.
